Job specification - Provide a full range of general dental treatments to NHS and private patients. - 50/50 split on private fees and laboratory costs. - Opportunity to provide affordable private treatments - currently accepting new patients on a private-only basis. - Collaborate with the principal, specialist orthodontist, associates, and fully qualified nurses. - Maintain accurate and compliant patient records. Candidate requirements - GDC registration and an active NHS performer number. - BDS or equivalent dental qualification. - Minimum 1 year of UK dentistry experience (preferred). - Strong communication and patient care skills. Role scope
- Deliver examinations, diagnosis, treatment planning and patient communication to a consistently high standard.
- Use professional judgement around treatment options, referral, clinical escalation and patient education.
- Work with the practice team to keep care safe, smooth and commercially aware without rushing clinical quality.
