Blocks of work
Tell your recruiter when you want several shifts, whether you prefer one practice, and where you would like to work. Choose a window of up to six months, starting within the next two years. A request is separate from an application, booking or diary availability.

Locum opportunities
Finding current opportunities for you…
Choose dates that work for you. You can apply for several shifts, including alternatives on the same day. An application does not reserve a date.
Dated shifts
Select dates, then review and applyFlexible locum assignments
Longer cover or dates to agree with your recruiter. Date and hourly pay filters apply to dated shifts above.
Explore a longer-term role, including part-time opportunities. Review the working pattern and complete offer, then apply with your profile. This does not reserve diary dates. Browsing these does not change your job alert preferences.
Other contracts and roles to clarify
These roles are not confirmed as permanent. Check the advertised contract and discuss the terms with your recruiter.

Right to work: next step
Choose the evidence route you would like to discuss. Your team records the check separately.
What counts as right to work evidence?
The appropriate route depends on your circumstances. British and Irish citizens can have a manual document route, including certain expired passports. Other eligible document routes and the Home Office online check may apply. Your recruiter will confirm the correct process and request evidence securely.
An identity document upload alone is not a completed right to work check. Ask for help if you have no current passport. Do not email passport photographs.
Read the official GOV.UK guidanceContact details
Changing your registered name or professional registration number starts a new review and pauses portal access until your team approves the change. Contact your recruiter to correct your profession or account email.
Experience
These details are supplied by you and help your recruiter understand suitable work. They do not verify registration or clinical competence.

Practical guides and common questions
Before your first shift
Open the confirmed booking. Check the address, arrival instructions, practice contact, duties, support, hours and agreed pay. Ask your recruiter about anything missing before attending.
Changing or cancelling work
You can withdraw an unconfirmed application in Applications. For a confirmed booking, contact your recruiter and review the cancellation terms shown in that booking. Changing availability does not cancel a booking.
Documents and review outcomes
Only upload the evidence requested for your profile or assignment. Documents shows the review outcome, expiry and any replacement reason. Ask your recruiter if a requirement is unclear.
Earnings and invoices
Check who pays you in the booking. Submit hours only when required. For invoice bookings, prepare your invoice and submit it to Verovian for review. Your team checks and sends the generated PDF to the practice accounts team. You can download a marked draft before approval. Issued invoices stay locked, with queries and agreed corrections recorded in their history. A queried timesheet needs a correction. Approved amounts and payment dates appear only when recorded by the team. Contact your recruiter or finance team if you need to query a payment.
Calendar links and privacy
Calendar downloads are snapshots. Subscriptions can update with a delay. Your private subscription link grants access to a limited booking calendar, so keep it private and revoke it if shared accidentally. Google availability connection is optional.
